Give less to get more

Give less to get more? That doesn’t sounds right… Hear us out. 

You know the saying, “less is more?” Well, we think that can apply to the time and energy we put into tasks and responsibilities. If you are like us, you give your all to everything you do and have a hard time pumping the breaks before you get to a point of exhaustion. 

So, what if you only gave 70% of your energy to a task? Feeling a little squirmish? No, really. What if you gave 70% of your energy to a task and called it good? The truth is that your 70% is most likely 100% since as the overachiever-type, your 100% is actually 120%. So, giving less wouldn’t be so bad after all.
