Here’s a stat to shake your shoes, 60% of women have never negotiated a salary or a raise. Yes, the same women who have been fighting to have a seat at the table and earn the same amount as their male counterparts are not asking for what they deserve. A lack of knowledge and confidence keeps them from earning a living that even the good Lord wants them to achieve. The reality is, the more you make, the more you can give back, right? 

So I asked Peggy Bodde, a corporate leader and mentor with 25 years of business and career experience, to join me to chat about how to appropriately and proactively go about negotiating a salary, raise or benefits, and the fun ways you can be creative in your ask to get you to a place where you can thrive even more.
