Navigating the pursuit of God’s Word in a world of counterfeit messages
We live in an age where information is all around us. With so much coming at us, it’s more important than ever to pursue God’s Word in a world full of half-truths or shreds of truth, as guest Angie Goetz, the Director of Bridging the Gap, states. So, how can we discern the messages echoing fragments of biblical truth from what the Bible says is true?
In this episode, Angie and I dive into real-life examples of cultural messages that might seem true but veer from the Bible’s true meaning. We dive into the impact of scriptural misinterpretation and how to tackle the distortion of biblical truth in an era where everyone has a message to say.
If you’re overwhelmed by the vastness of God’s Word or disheartened by distorted messages, listen in for a dose of encouragement and inspiration to rekindle your pursuit of the Word of God and combat those shreds of truth messages head-on.
